Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

United States: 3–7 business days.
International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Dymatt Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
